The perfect Aperol Spritz cocktail

Aperol Spritz season is here now that spring is in the air. Here's the easiest way to make one at home for your guests, or as a special treat. 

This is the perfect cocktail for springtime gatherings! It's light and refreshing, and sure to please your guests.

So what are you waiting for? Get mixing and enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Aperol
• 3 oz prosecco
• 1 oz club soda
• Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Or pour directly into the glass and stir.
2. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.

Enjoy on the patio, porch, or deck (not required).
